The 28-year-old White House press secretary -- one of the most visible faces in President Donald Trump's administration -- just announced on Instagram that she welcomed her second child, Viviana, AKA “Vivi,” with husband Nicholas Riccio.
Leavitt was showered with pink gifts and well-wishes in March at a lavish baby sprinkle held at Trump's golf club in northern Virginia ... where nearly 50 White House staffers and Trump-world insiders celebrated the incoming arrival.
She revealed she was expecting back in December ... posing by her Christmas tree in a form-fitting sweater dress while cradling her baby bump. In the caption, she said she and Riccio were “thrilled” to grow their family and couldn’t wait to see their son become a big brother.
Leavitt and Riccio welcomed their first child, son Niko, back in July 2024 ... and she's frequently shared glimpses of balancing motherhood with one of the toughest media jobs in politics ... bringing her son to the White House, aboard Air Force One and even to the annual Easter Egg Roll.
She's made history as the first sitting White House press secretary to go through a pregnancy while holding the role ... and she previously made it clear she planned to return to the briefing room after maternity leave.

Now, she's got two little ones at home -- and one more reason to trade press briefings for baby bottles -- at least for a little while.
Congrats!
