SAVE $100: As of June 2, the Sonos Move 2 is discounted to $399 at Amazon. This is $100 off its full price of $499.
Amazon's Prime Day sale event has officially been announced for this year, and while it doesn't officially kick off until June 23, we're still finding some stellar deals to pick up from the retailer in the meantime. If you've been searching for a portable speaker for your summer adventures this year, look no further than this offer on the Sonos Move 2 at Amazon.
As of June 2, the Sonos Move 2 has had $100 slashed off its price tag, dropping it from $499 to $399. This deal applies to both black and white speaker colors, so you can save on the model that best matches your personal style. It's a speaker we certainly think is worth picking up, too.
Mashable's Stan Schroeder reviewed the Sonos Move 2 when it was initially released and said it's "one of the best portable speakers you can get, if you don't mind its price and weight." Like most Sonos products, it sports a sleek, streamlined design, though Schroeder notes, "the size is a drawback." However, he continues to say, "This is not so much a flaw; the Move 2 is simply a different type of speaker. It's something you'll keep in your living room, but can move out to the garden when guests arrive."
Where it really shines is its sound quality, though. Whether you're blasting music in the backyard or enjoying a new podcast, it'll sound crisp and clear. Schroeder says in his review that it "almost sounds too good for its size and intention. It's not extremely loud, but the bass goes very deep, and the presentation is crystal clear across the dynamic range."
The Sonos Move 2 is an excellent pick for playing your favorite tunes this summer, so don't miss out on this great deal at Amazon.
